About Bullard Partners

Bill Bullard received his management and marketing degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate New York. As the business development director for a start-up emergency medical services and ambulance company in San Francisco, he built a $25M corporation with operations that eventually expanded to all of Northern California. After the operation was acquired, Bill moved on to The Inn at Occidental in the Sonoma Wine Country. Starting with eight simple guestrooms, The Inn quickly grew to 16 high-end rooms and a premium 2-suite guest house.

Through his talents, the inn became gained national recognition for its marketing ability and guest experience. The Inn at Occidental became the only AAA 4-diamond and Mobil 4-star in Sonoma County, California.

After selling the property in 2003, Bill Bullard combined his marketing and innkeeping experience to benefit CABBI, the California Association of Bed & Breakfast Inns. In his role at CABBI, Bill assisted the 300+ members with their marketing and operational needs through newsletter articles, the Online Business Journal, regular emails, and speaking at state conferences. Today, he offers his vast experience to individual innkeepers and properties needing the talents he has gained over the past fifteen years.
